We’re unable to diagnose hypothyroidism online. To get thyroid meds from Lemonaid you need to have been diagnosed with low thyroid already and you’ve been taking levothyroxine for at least a year

We order all our lab tests through Quest Diagnostics. If we order labs, we’ll test your thyroid (TSH). You have to pay Lemonaid for the lab fees. You can’t use your insurance to pay for the labs.

It’s important to select one that allows you to book an appointment online. You don’t need to actually book an appointment, but if the location lets you book online appointments, then we know they’re connected to the online ordering system that we use to order your thyroid (TSH) lab.
Levothyroxine is the only thyroid medicine we can prescribe online. We don’t prescribe other classes of thyroid meds. You’ll need to see a doctor or nurse practitioner in person if you want one of these other thyroid drugs.
Levothyroxine is generally safe but can cause rare and serious side effects like bone loss and heart arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation) if the dosage you’re prescribed is too much for your body. These risks increase if you take other prescription medicines, have a change in weight, or are not taking the medicine as prescribed by your doctor or nurse practitioner. So it’s important to let us know if any of these changes occur or you’re not taking the levothyroxine exactly as we told you to take it.
